The Victorian Government has entered into a Public Private Partnership with the Netflow consortium (made up of Cintra and Plenary) to deliver the Western Roads Upgrade.
The Western Roads Upgrade project is Victoria’s largest single investment in arterial roads to date.
WBHO is the appointed design and construction contractor for the project’s initial phase works, principally involving the design, construction, and delivery of the eight arterial road upgrades and the initial rehabilitation works.
CRE Civil Group is excited to have been selected by WBHO to provide plant, equipment and labour to this project of State significance.
The project is anticipated to have a duration of 12 months with CRE Civil Group’s involvement anticipated to increase as the design development phase of the project works is completed.
